  1. Pasta is NOT LOW CARB - why would you include pasta in a low carb recipe???!!! You are adding up to 40 grams of carbs per serving with the pasta. That is more than the norm for most low carbers for a full day - but getting it in one serving. Don't call things what they are NOT!
