As a Pillsbury Maker I get the opportunity to be creative in the kitchen and come up with easy and tasty meals. My latest project was this Buffalo Chicken Lasagna, which actually has no pasta in it.

2 lb bulk ground chicken
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup red hot Buffalo wing sauce
1 can Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
