3 cups (420 g) Gluten Free Bread Flour*, plus more for sprinkling

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 teaspoon (3 g) instant yeast

1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon (3 g) kosher salt

2/3 cup (5 1/3 fluid ounces) warm milk (about 95°F)

2 eggs (120 g, out of shell) at room temperature, beaten

4 tablespoons (56 g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

1/3 cup (about 100 g) Nutella hazelnut spread, warmed a bit to make it more easily spreadable

Egg wash, for brushing (1 egg + 1 tablespoon water, beaten well)
